Katrin is a Chartered Health Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and British Psychological Society, and is the Founder of boostme.
She has over 13 years experience working in the health psychology field, supporting people improve their mental and physical health. She has worked clinically (NHS service and research trials), in academic settings (King's College London) and in health tech.
Katrin is also a life-long fitness fan and athlete so knows the challenges that can come with balancing an active life with work and other commitments! She founded boostme to make psychological support more accessible to everyone in sport, from beginners to elites - she is creating the programme she wished she'd had access to, now and whilst growing up!
Katrin played semi-professional basketball for 15 years and completed an Ironman 140.6 triathlon in 2021. She currently competes in hybrid fitness competitions, including a HYROX European silver medal (2024) in Mixed Doubles, multiple overall podiums in Women's Pro and 2024 World Champion and WR holder in Women's AG Doubles. She recently qualified for the Elite final in DEKA Strong and the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in 2025.
Abi is a Chartered Clinical and Health Psychologist, with over 20 years of experience working in the NHS.
She is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and British Psychological Society, and has a wealth of experience supporting people in relation to coping, adjustment and management of physical health conditions.
With a particular interest in the mind-body link, she is passionate about delivering interventions to support people in terms of quality of life, healthy behaviours and overall wellbeing.
Abi currently enjoys activities including running, swimming, cycling and walking Jazz (her dog), with a particular love of sea swimming. She has a sporting background, having competed in swimming and running events, and represented Great Britain in age group triathlon. Her love of sport has shifted from a focus on competition to a focus on enjoyment and wellbeing.
Helen is a Chartered Sport Psychologist with extensive experience working across a broad range of sports, collaborating with accomplished athletes at various levels. She is founder of her Sport Psychology Consultancy business think.believe.perform, and has worked with teams and individuals travelling across the world to tournaments such as the US Open, French Open and Wimbledon tennis tournaments, across Europe for Six Nations Rugby tournaments, the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and the Paralympics in Paris.
She is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and British Psychological Society and also has over 25 years experience in the classroom as a primary school teacher.
A regular performer herself, Helen is an active Masters swimmer, open water swimmer and Swimrunner competing in National and International competitions.

Monthly packages are 3 month minimum. All programmes include an initial 50min planning session, as well as my preparation time for sessions.
